I have over 25 years of experience in the cleaning industry. My last 10 years I have focused on the airbnb and STR community. 

Being hands on in thousands of units and managing large cleaning crews has allowed me the unique opportunity to see what works and what doesn't.  From perfecting the most efficient and thorough cleaning checklists to compiling a list of the "must haves" and "absolutely avoids", to have in your rental, my hosts depend on my experience to keep their units clean and their costs down.
